Mad Hatter Vintage Flea Market

We were dressed in costume...we were the Queen of Hearts' Tarts.

This weekend Sisters Creed had the pleasure of being vendors at the Mad Hatter Vintage Flea Market hosted by the amazingly talented Gladys Hanning and Celia Hanning-Therens of Junebug Furniture and Design. Their show has an Alice in Wonderland theme and the Five Mile Grange was transformed into a magical setting filled with gorgeous antiques, fantastic home furnishings, beautiful treasures and amazing finds.

We absolutely loved being a part of this show. Not only did we enjoy being inspired by the fabulously talented vendors but our customers were out of this world. Thank you so much to all of our amazing customers who make being in this business so much fun. We enjoyed meeting and talking with all of you.

The fabulous Judy...whose amazing cupcake shop will be opening in the next few weeks in downtown Spokane. We love her dearly and are counting down the days.

Mad Hatter Vintage Flea Market

We are so thrilled and excited to be a part of the Mad Hatter Vintage Flea Market.  This show is the creative conception of Gladys and Celia--the talent behind Junebug Furniture and Design.  We have been looking forward to this show all year.  Inspiring vendors, live music, wonderful food, and those one-of-a-kind treasures sure to be found.  Come join us this weekend at the Five Mile Prairie Grange in Spokane, Washington!!

Fall Funky Junk Show 2011

I have to be honest. We absolutely LOVE this show!! It is one of the very best around. We get giddy with joy just thinking about it. The planning, creating and searching for amazing items for the show...not to mention being vendors at it. I can't say enough about the quality and character of this show. The people involved are fantastic. Amazing vendors...the talent and vision astound me. I want to buy everything I see and I am supposed to be selling!! The two women, Hollie and Jennifer, who host this wonderful show are so kind, supportive, loving and welcoming. They are such a pleasure to be around.

I hope that you were able to make it to the show. If you did, you know what I mean. The venue was fabulous. An old church in downtown Sandpoint, Idaho provided an amazing setting...so picturesque and full of history. It was a delightful way to spend Labor Day weekend. If you weren't able to make it to Sandpoint for the sale there is another Funky Junk Show in the spring in Spokane, Washington that you will not want to miss!!

Here are some pictures from our booth. We went with a black and white theme for this sale. We like to mix things up and do different booth designs and themes for different sales and shows.

Funky Junk Sale This Weekend!!

Hi Everyone!!

Funky Junk is this weekend in downtown Sandpoint, ID. We absolutely cannot wait!! Sisters Creed will be vendors along with a whole bunch of other talented and creative people. Come celebrate Labor Day Weekend in Sandpoint and stop and see us...and find some amazing one-of-a-kind items!!

Sisters Creed Interview

A few weeks ago I got a phone call from the Latter-Day Sentinel (an online LDS newspaper for the Inland Northwest) requesting an interview about upcycling and the vintage living movement that is so popular right now. Of course I was thrilled to take part and give a little shout out to our business Sisters Creed while spreading the joy of vintage style.
